Meet Pamela "Pam" Scumaci.

Pam is the Waterview Advisory Group's dedicated Lead Marketing Manager and dually serves as a marketing Manager at Elegran | Forbes Global Properties, New York's top boutique real estate brokerage with a specialty in luxury properties. She oversees marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives for both residential and commercial projects.

Pamela gained valuable experience in the real estate sector while working at other top firms such as Corcoran and COMPASS prior to joining Elegran | Forbes Global Properties and Waterview Advisory At Elegran | FGP respectively. In her time at Corcoran and COMPASS Pam quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the more sought after marketing professionals in NYC.

In addition to her role at Elegran, Pamela is a co-owner of La Lupa LLC, a company that manages multiple properties. As a co-owner, she takes on responsibilities related to property management, investment decisions, and overall operations of the business. This entrepreneurial venture demonstrates her passion for real estate and her ability to effectively manage and grow property portfolios.
